Your appointment is held for you and only you; when you forget or cancel without giving adequate notice, or No Show your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Clients on our waiting lists also miss the opportunity to receive services.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the listed service price. We appreciate your understanding.
